Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt1 cup
- Ground Turmeric¼ tsp
- Fresh Mint, finely choppedsmall handful
- Saltto taste
Method
- Mix. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
- Taste and adjust. Add more salt or turmeric to taste. The turmeric will deepen slightly in colour as it sits.
- Serve. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
💡 Paired with the Spiced Egg & Spinach Breakfast Wrap, but works equally well as a dip for flatbreads, grilled veg, or alongside curries.
