Spiced Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt1 cup
  • Ground Turmeric¼ tsp
  • Fresh Mint, finely choppedsmall handful
  • Saltto taste

Method

  1. Mix. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  2. Taste and adjust. Add more salt or turmeric to taste. The turmeric will deepen slightly in colour as it sits.
  3. Serve. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
💡 Paired with the Spiced Egg & Spinach Breakfast Wrap, but works equally well as a dip for flatbreads, grilled veg, or alongside curries.
