Protein Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients
- Butter3 tbsp (44g)
- Marshmallows6 cups (11 oz)
- Protein Powder1 cup (84g)
- Rice Krispies6 cups (211g)
Method
- Melt butter. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter completely.
- Melt marshmallows. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
- Add protein powder. Stir in the protein powder quickly until evenly incorporated. Work fast — the mixture will start to set.
- Add cereal. Fold in the Rice Krispies until everything is evenly coated.
- Press and cool. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
