Vegetarian High Protein No Bake Quick

Ingredients

  • Butter3 tbsp (44g)
  • Marshmallows6 cups (11 oz)
  • Protein Powder1 cup (84g)
  • Rice Krispies6 cups (211g)

Method

  1. Melt butter. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter completely.
  2. Melt marshmallows. Add marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Add protein powder. Stir in the protein powder quickly until evenly incorporated. Work fast — the mixture will start to set.
  4. Add cereal. Fold in the Rice Krispies until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press and cool. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
