Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • Whole Milk Greek Yogurt1 cup
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp
  • Fresh Lemon Juice1 tbsp
  • Garlic, grated1 clove
  • Sea Salt½ tsp
  • Water1 tbsp +

Method

  1. Mix. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and salt until smooth.
  2. Thin to consistency. Stir in 1 tbsp water. If still too thick, add more water 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust. Add more lemon or salt as needed.
  4. Store. Keeps for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
💡 Great as a dip, a drizzle over roasted veg, or alongside falafel and grilled meats. Grating the garlic (vs. mincing) keeps the texture smooth.
