Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
- Whole Milk Greek Yogurt1 cup
- Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Fresh Lemon Juice1 tbsp
- Garlic, grated1 clove
- Sea Salt½ tsp
- Water1 tbsp +
Method
- Mix. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Thin to consistency. Stir in 1 tbsp water. If still too thick, add more water 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Taste and adjust. Add more lemon or salt as needed.
- Store. Keeps for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
💡 Great as a dip, a drizzle over roasted veg, or alongside falafel and grilled meats. Grating the garlic (vs. mincing) keeps the texture smooth.
