Vegetarian Gluten Free Grilled Sweet

Ingredients

  • Gluten-Free Pizza Dough (GF Bistro or Udi's)1 ball
  • Fresh Figs, sliced4 figs
  • Goat Cheese2 oz
  • Blackberries¼ cup
  • Pistachios½ cup
  • Honey1 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the dough. Cook the pizza dough on the grill according to the package directions until the crust is ready for toppings.
  3. Grill the figs. While the dough cooks, grill the sliced figs for about 2 minutes per side until softened and lightly charred.
  4. Assemble. Spread the goat cheese evenly over the pizza base. Top with blackberries, grilled figs, and pistachios.
  5. Finish. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
💡 This is a sweet, fruit-forward pizza — works as a light lunch or an unusual dessert. Swap figs for peaches in summer if figs aren't in season.
